You’ve got the desire and a whole suite of valuable skills to offer, but you’re struggling to find and land the right career opportunity for you.
Maybe you’re doubting yourself or have lost confidence after spending some time out of the workforce or in your partner’s shadow.
Or maybe you’ve experienced bias in the recruitment process or other challenges that you’re not sure how to navigate.
Either way, you need expert support - ideally from someone who’s been there, done that, and got the t-shirt - to guide you successfully through your career transition.
Good news: you’re in the right place.
I’m Rosemary Johnson and my passion is supporting women to successfully navigate the future of work and achieve their dream careers.
Having gone from having my own successful career and winning a world championship in rowing; to losing my job, my sense of identity and independence as I battled a painful and debilitating case of RSI; to rebuilding my self-confidence and creating a portfolio career that’s truly fulfilling, I have experienced first-hand what it takes to overcome seemingly insurmountable challenges in order to achieve my career dream.
Women often face different challenges in their careers than men do (from ageism, to gender bias, to pay inequality), so I founded My Future Career Academy to enable women like you to successfully navigate each stage of your career.
Whether you’re just about to enter the workforce for the first time, are in the middle of your career, or are looking to reinvent your career rather than retire, My Future Career Academy offers research, resources, coaching, and community to support you every step of the way.
You don’t have to do this alone.
